Job brief

We are looking for a competent administrator who will fit well into the existing team of sales administrators. The successful candidate must be customer centric because the position requires flexibility and excellent teamwork to ensure that service levels are maintained


  • Have direct contact with customers via telephone and e-mail
  • Check and manage adequate stock levels
  • Take orders from customers telephonically
  • Process orders within cut-off times daily
  • Monitor and manage customer sales contracts
  • Maintain and foster customer relationships
  • Manage sample procedure including recording, issuing, organization stock and maintaining availability


  • must have Matric with a pass in mathematics
  • professional telephone manner and must be able to converse comfortably in both English and Afrikaans
  • must be able to organize and prioritize
  • must be computer literate and SageX3 experience would be a distinct advantage
  • strong selling skills and past experience in this area would be considered an advantage
  • knowledge of accounting practices
